A La Cruz Tequila

Our tequilas are made with 100% Blue Weber Agave from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is harvested at its peak maturity and roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours. After the agave is roasted, it is crushed and the juice is fermented using natural yeast. The fermented juice is then double distilled in copper stills to produce the purest tequila. Our Silver has a smooth, clean taste with a hint of sweetness, while our Reposado is aged for six months in American oak barrels, giving it a smooth and mellow flavor with a hint of vanilla. Our Añejo is aged for two years in oak barrels, resulting in a sophisticated and complex tequila with a smooth finish.
